Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 – 5 working days.

 

For UK deliveries if you place your order before 3pm your order will be with you within 3 - 5 working days. We don't deliver over the weekends so if you place your order by 3pm on Friday it will be delivered between Monday and Friday of next week. For international shipping times please email foxandowlsoapco@gmail.com

 

If for any reason your order is delayed we will email you updates.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Foxandowlsoapco is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Foxandowlsoapco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail or our support team  at foxandowlsoapco@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please take photos of all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and include them in your emails.
